The SBA announced that the Restaurant Revitalization Fund will open at 12:00PM EST on Monday May 3rd. The SBA is opening the portal for registration (not submission) on Friday 4/30 at 12:00PM EST.
Registering with the portal will allow businesses to complete the application process much faster on Monday 5/3 which will mean they are more likely to receive funding. According to the SBA the application should only take 25 minutes and while it can be saved and submitted later due to the limited amount of funding available and high demand they are recommending that businesses submit as quickly as possible.
All needed documents can be submitted into the online portal as a PDF and file sizes should not exceed 35MBs.
