Frederick County and City Economic Development staff along with Rick Farren of Scheer Partners and the new owners, Bill Robertson and Jeff Wells of VaLogic toured Frederick’s new premiere BioPharma Lab and Manufacturing building located at 7495 New Horizon Way, Frederick.
This state-of-the-art 75,000 square foot facility is currently under construction and will deliver Q2 2021. Major renovations to the building includes a new roof, new segregated lab HVAC DOAS system with humidity controls and a new common area, bathrooms, elevator and lobby. This two story building will offer lab ready space in the 3,500sf – 75,000sf range. A new freight elevator, a back-up generator and robust mechanical chasing for lab air/exhaust are some of the advantages tenants will benefit from.
