After earning his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, Sean served six years in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret with 10th Special Forces Group. He is a graduate of multiple Special Operations schools, and has deployed around the globe, earning a number of awards and decorations. At Moore Wealth, Sean develops financial plans and manages business processes. Sean is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and is working toward his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Catching a subtle case of elder financial abuse. While it is my duty to be on the lookout for this, I am particularly proud of catching a subtle case, and arranging appropriate safeguards for the affected client.
Name one award you are most proud to have received.
Awarded Army Commendation Medal during 2015 deployment to Niger - the highest award received by any of the 60 Green Berets who participated in that deployment. Won contracts for, and managed implementation of, $1.1M in camp improvements.
What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement?
Mental Health Association of Frederick County – Board of Directors, Development and Marketing Committee; Frederick Health Development Council – Special Gifts Committee; Rotary Club of Carroll Creek – Chair: Oktoberfest Logistics, Chair: Raising of the Flags
I regularly volunteer with organizations with which I serve in a leadership capacity. Examples include: Color on the Creek planting and cleanup, Bring a Broom cleanup, Boys and Girls Club painting.

Intern - Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc (FITCI)
What do you like to do for fun in Frederick County?
In town – visiting the Downtown breweries and distilleries. In the county – hiking and camping in local parks.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success and why?
Tenacity and a determination to ensure that important details are not overlooked.
