What is your experience with civic engagement?
Not a civic organization, but I was an adjunct professor at Mount Saint Mary's for two years in 2014 and 2015, and I have given guest lectures at Hood College and Lehigh University for the past 5 years.

For the past three years I have been a Member of the Lehigh University Board of Trustees. This is in additional to being President of the Lehigh Club of Baltimore and performing interviews of college applications in the Maryland region.
Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work and why?
I am thankful to my wife who inspires me on a daily basis with her work ethic and drive. In addition to encouraging me on a new career path, she is my constant partner and support system, and role model for how to be an effective and engaged member of my company.
What is your favorite leadership book and why?
Not a traditional leadership book, but I would recommend "IKE: An American Hero." It’s a remarkable story of an amazing leader who was able to forge ultimate victory for his Nation.
