A native of Frederick, Justin is a commercial realtor. Justin has given back countless hours to the community and volunteered with Frederick County Workforce Services, Frederick Health Hospice, and served on numerous committees with the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and in his current role as President of the Rotary Club of Frederick.
What has been your greatest professional accomplishment?
My greatest professional accomplishment is helping businesses create a footprint in Frederick County. Whether they are expanding, or just beginning, I love to hear their story, and their reason for choosing Frederick as home for their business.
Name one award you are most proud to have received.
I received 1 of only 3 Paul Harris Fellow awards in 2016 from my fellow Rotarians. I have been involved with Rotary for 20+ years, and I have been honored to represent The Rotary Club of Frederick regionally & internationally
What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement? What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement?
Currently, I have the honor to serve as President of the Rotary Club of Frederick with more than 175 members. I have served as Program Chair, Vice President, and Sergeant of Arms in Rotary.
I am on the Frederick County Workforce Services Board, Community Foundation development Committee, LFC Council, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce Racial Equity Leadership Council, FCAR Commercial Committee, and the Rotary Club of Frederick board.
What do you like to do for fun in Frederick County?
I like to hike with my wife and family throughout Frederick. I like to visit local restaurants and spend time with my family and friends.
What leadership book would you recommend and why?
never eat alone by Keith Ferrazzi. It provided me groundwork on networking and success.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success and why?
My determination to constantly seek bigger, and better for myself and others around me. I strive to do better both personally and professionally, and I want my friends and family to achieve success and happiness.
