Daniel Severn was born and raised in Frederick County, to a family of community leaders and local public servants. A Board Member for Hope in South Africa, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Mental Health Association, and The Rotary Club of Frederick. Danny serves the Frederick community in both his business dealings and in his personal life.
What has been your greatest professional accomplishment?
Developing relationships and transactions that located over 100 new businesses to St. John Properties’ throughout 8 years of leasing.
What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement? What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement?
Traveled to Africa twice for fetal alcohol syndrome training curriculum development and implementation. Co-Chair of NAIOP Northern Virginia Developing Leaders Committee.
I have also helped with Memorial Park Clean up, Octoberfest, LepLu, High School Interviews.

Office Clerk at Severn, O'Connor & Kresslein, P.A.
Who has a great influence on your professional life?
My father, the hardest working and most humble individual I know.

Explore the community and engage in fitness activities

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success and why?
The ability to see someone else's point of view, most importantly during conflict. It always provides a pathway for resolution.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Continuing to grow in the community, both personally and business. Finding new locations for buildings that can house local and national business.
