Adam Kreisher is a local Business Banking Relationship Manager with M&T Bank. His passion for helping individuals and the community achieve their goals is evident as he works with business owners and community organizations across Frederick County on a daily basis.

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

My greatest professional accomplishment would be this past 18 months, helping businesses & individuals through the COVID - 19 Pandemic.  Everything from helping local businesses, to volunteering / hosting educational content

Name one award you are most proud to have received.

In 2020 I was one of only 5 recipients of the Chairman's Club Award at M&T Bank.  This award is given to individuals who went above & beyond their normal duties to help the team, colleagues and businesses.

What is your experience with volunteering and civic engagement?

I am the former Chair of the Generation Connect Committee of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for United Way of Frederick County.

Over the years I have volunteered for multiple Frederick Organizations, such as.  Habitat for Humanity, United Way, YMCA, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Frederick Partnership, and local Rotary's

What do you like to do for fun in Frederick County?

Anything outdoors - Hike, Fish, Golf, Ect.

Who is your greatest influence?

Mom and Dad - I am sure like a lot of the other candidates, they taught me a very young age the value and importance of hard work.

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success and why?

Hard work and a true sense of wanting to help the local community. The Frederick community is such a great one that anything I can do to support it is rewarding.  Whether through work or volunteering.
