New Businesses locate to the Coca-Cola Bottling Plant

Frederick County and the City of Frederick’s Economic Development team recently toured the historic Coca-Cola bottling plant with Patrick Hayden of NVRetail. This re-development project is located at 1705 North Market Street, Frederick.  The Bottling Plant is a Class A re-development project, featuring 9,200sf of restaurant, retail and office space as well as 86 luxury one, two and three bedroom apartment units. New businesses have located to the commercial building including a new pizza restaurant, Cugino Forno (under construction) and a general dental practice, Magnolia Dentistry on Market.

Magnolia Dentistry founder and owner, Dr. Caprice Marjenin, has been in private practice for 7 years and decided to open her new practice in March of 2020.  Her expertise is in facially generated treatment planning and airway prosthodontics. Dr. Marjenin was recognized recently by Women in Medicine as a Top Dentist in Frederick, MD.  Frederick County and the City of Frederick Economic Development teams visited with Dr. Marjenin and her team at their new location.
