The U.S. Department of Commerce's Special American Internship Training Program (SABIT) provides industry-specific training to senior managers from Sri Lanka. This delegation consists of waste management experts who will be in the United States, April 27 - May 9, 2019. During this time, they will be meeting with various organizations in the United States to learn about best practices in waste management, establish business contacts and attend the WasteExpo show in Las Vegas.
