As we count down to the 2022 Frederick Real Estate Dealmakers (FRED) Awards on May 18th, we are taking a look at the finalists who are in the running. The FRED Awards honor the most successful commercial real estate transactions and projects, and the people who made them happen.
Today we are focusing on Emerging Dealmaker of the Year. The Emerging Dealmaker of the Year award recognizes real estate professionals under the age of 40 who shine as rising stars in the industry. The individual nominees are evaluated using 6 metrics that measure commercial activity during the eligible time period. Information on community engagement through board membership and volunteer roles is also evaluated. The 6 equally weighted metrics are: Total Dollar Volume Sales, Total Count Sales Transactions, Total Square Feet Sales, Total Count New Lease Transactions, Total Dollar Volume of New Lease Transactions and Total Square Feet Newly Leased.
