The demand for high quality office and flex/warehouse space in Frederick County has increased

significantly over the past couple of years.  Developers in the region have been constructing new

buildings and renovating existing buildings to meet the demands of emerging companies looking to

locate to and expand in Frederick County.  The demand is forecasted to continue because of

Frederick County's business friendly climate, proximity to major markets, services available to

companies, well-educated and skilled labor force and Frederick County's competitive cost advantages.
