EDCO is a family-owned, global company, established in Frederick in 1959. They specialize in the design and manufacture of equipment for surface preparation, repair and sawing of concrete, asphalt, masonry and steel.  With an expanded workforce and 45 products, EDCO recently added a second shift to accommodate their growth. They value the importance of Lean, eliminating waste from the manufacturing process and have implemented Lean Training for all their employees. EDCO operates within a culture of inclusivity, empowering employees to develop new ideas for success of the company. EDCO’s succession plan and hands on training approach pairs millennials and senior employees, paving the way to continued industry leadership.
