CoreLife is opening their doors in Frederick County on December 7th, 2020. This exciting company was established in 2012 and has several locations around Maryland. They are a weight loss management healthcare organization, combining four different aspects: medical, nutrition, exercise and behavior.
CoreLife offers individualized care plans to help achieve their patient’s goals and enhances health by providing a multifaceted approach to obesity and its related chronic illnesses. Providing all of these resources at the same location makes CoreLife a unique program able to help patients improve their health. CoreLife partners with Adventist HealthCare to combat obesity and improve community health and is opening this month in the City of Frederick at 850 Oak St., Frederick, MD.
