The Frederick County Growth Opportunity (GO) Strategy was released today by the Frederick County Office of Economic Development.

The 2017 Family Festival @ the Farm will be held Saturday October 21st and Sunday October 22nd at 18 farms around Frederick County.

Frederick County’s craft beverage industry has seen tremendous growth over the last three years and leads the state in the number of wineries, farm breweries, and distilleries.
John & Amie St’Angelo are not your average farmers. The couple purchased their first farm in 2004 with no plans of actually owning an agri-business. Thirteen years later they own two very successful country inns and event venues, a winery, a distillery, a lavender market, and an operating farm with big plans for the future.
