Gap Financing Available for Sustainable Communities
Maryland has designated four Sustainable Communities in Frederick County: City of Brunswick, Town of Emmitsburg, Town of Middletown and the Town of Thurmont where under the Sustainable Communities Act of 2010, public/private investments and partnerships help develop healthier economies.
