Summers Farm is a 100-acre traditional working farm where the family produces corn, wheat, barley, soybeans, hay, and of course, lots of pumpkins. The Summers family welcomes back thousands of guests to their annual Fall Festival to share their agricultural heritage. Grandma Ruth’s Country Store and Bakery has been open since October 2004, with a wholesome assortment of freshly made pies, bakery goods, and products boasting of high-quality country goodness.
Activities
(Fall only) Take a free hayride out to the pumpkin patch and select your perfect pumpkin (pumpkins sold by the lb). Admission into our festival includes: jumping pillow, slides, farm animals, pedal cart derby, 10 acre corn maze, straw mountains, mini mazes and tunnels, kids corral area, corn cannon, corn box and pig races. Increase the challenge and explore the 10 acre corn maze by flashlight! (open on select weekend nights)

From Frederick: Take I 70 West to exit 49 (Braddock Heights/Middletown). Turn right off exit onto Alt. 40. Proceed to Mount Phillip Road and turn Right. Proceed to Butterfly Lane and turn right. The farm is on the right.
